GIVING “All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they all share everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and much grace was upon them all.” (Acts 4:32:33) The Finance Commission maintains a close working relationship with Trinity staff and the various commissions and ministries to meet and support their needs. In every decision, the commission is dedicated to do what is best for the church as a whole. Time We have opportunities at the Ministry Fair to learn about the ministry areas where we could serve. Some ministry areas are; Children’s, Student & Youth, Small groups, Women’s, Men’s, Young mother’s stroller, Super Senior’s, Music, the opportunities are limitless. Talents We have many ways we can serve and utilize the varied talents each person has. Treasures We are blessed at Trinity by the generous financial support of our congregation. This generous support provides for a wonderful staff, and costs of a busy campus. We have committed 10% of our budget to missions. The Lord entrusts each person or family with varying amounts of financial resources and the amount that each family gives to the Church varies. The appropriate gift for each family is a personal and private decision that each family makes. Each gift is a blessing and truly appreciated. Stewardship is about all of life, not just finances. It is for the purpose of fulfilling our Mission to glorify God, so that our Vision can become reality. “And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues.” 1 Corinthians 12:27-29
